The cost of return shipping is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Product Returns

Can I return an order?
Yes, you may return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be complete, in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

  • Only normal signs of handling are accepted.

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligence will not be accepted.

  • Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • In the case of a defective product, the defect must be reported immediately upon receipt of the package.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping.
Returns are processed within 7 business days from the date the package is received.

If all conditions are met, the return will be approved.
PLUMIESWIMS reserves the right to refuse returns of used, damaged, or improperly handled items.

How Do I Make a Return?

If your order meets the requirements, please follow these steps:

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (in case of defect)

  • Full name

  • Complete return address

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Do not send the package to the sender address shown on the box — it is not valid.
The correct return address is provided only after contacting customer service.
Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receipt of the last item in your order.

⚠️ Important:
Our system is fully automated and orders are processed and shipped immediately.
For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
You must receive the package and then request a return.

The right of withdrawal takes effect only once we have received the returned products.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Orders in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, which means delivery times may vary.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
You must wait for delivery and then initiate the return process.

To speed up the process, please send proof of return shipment.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you correctly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments except the original shipping costs (unless you received free standard shipping).

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product or valid proof of shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be applied.
